Job Purpose:
The Sales Leader drives sales growth by managing key customer accounts, addressing escalations, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Supported by the CE Coordinator, they handle strategic sales execution, market opportunities, and operational efficiency, aligning with the Sales Manager to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Management
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to align on strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets.
- Identify growth opportunities in new markets and customer segments, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for critical customers, managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Customer Engagement
- Partner with the CE Coordinator to ensure smooth communication and service delivery for customers.
- Address customer inquiries, escalations, and feedback with efficiency and professionalism.
- Strengthen customer loyalty by ensuring a seamless experience throughout the sales life cycle.
Collaboration with CE team
- Coordinate with the CE Coordinator to handle administrative tasks such as order processing, follow-ups, and data reporting.
- Ensure timely updates on stock availability, order status, and delivery schedules to maintain customer trust.
- Collaborate with the CE team to prepare and share customer reports, including statements of account, stock reports, and collection updates.
Sales Operations
- Analyze customer and market data to identify trends, improve forecasting, and make data-driven decisions.
- Ensure that all orders and commitments are accurately processed and communicated to relevant internal teams (e.g., planning and production).
- Monitor sales pipeline performance and escalate any potential delays or risks to the Sales Manager.
Customer-Focused Problem Solving
- Act as a problem solver for customer-related issues, coordinating across departments to find solutions that meet both customer and company needs.
- Facilitate effective communication between customers and the CE team to ensure clarity and resolution of issues.
Continuous Improvement
- Provide insights and feedback to the CE Coordinator and Sales Manager to improve processes and customer experience.
- Stay updated on market trends and customer behavior to recommend adjustments in sales strategies.
Experience: Experience of more than 2 years in the Sales field as a Sales supervisor or a similar sales position with a background in manufacturing or a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Excellent skills for computer (MS Office) , Specially Excel.Experience using Oracle System
Negotiation: Proven ability to handle price increase disputes and negotiate MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities).
Communication: Proficiency in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Personal Competencies and Attributes: Analytical thinking. Ability to communicate with CE team & planning/ production.Ability to demonstrate sales reports.
