Job Purpose:
Zamil Plastic is expanding its footprint in the automotive manufacturing sector, and we are looking for a passionate and skilled Quality Engineer to join our team and help us maintain world-class standards.
Major Project:
- Implement and maintain IATF 16949 quality systems.
- Conduct First Article Inspections, PPAP, and FMEA reviews.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions using tools like 8D, Fishbone, and 5 Whys.
- Support Layered Process Audits (LPA) and internal audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product and process quality.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- +3 years of experience in automotive quality or process engineering, preferably in plastic injection molding.
- Strong knowledge of AIAG & VDA FMEA methodology.
- Familiarity with IATF 16949, APQP, and PPAP.
- Proficient in FMEA software tools (e.g., IQ-RM, APIS, or similar).
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Certified FMEA Moderator or relevant training is a plus.
- Interface with OEM and Tier 1 customers on quality-related matters.
